Simple Growth was born out of the desire to help entrepreneurs find their passion, build businesses they love, and create a community of success and opportunity. We've founded a number of companies, some that have been very successful and some less so. Through success and failure we've learned so much about what drives us, our strengths and weaknesses, and what it takes build successful businesses.
In 2015 I started Brows by G with just one chair in our apartment and a lot of drive. Less than 24 months later we had grown the business to 20+ staff, 3 lines of business, and over $1.5M in revenue. We were invited on Dragons Den and got a deal with a $2M valuation. In 2018 we founded a cosmetic product company that is now in 100+ locations worldwide and growing.
Along the way we made lots of mistakes, had plenty of success, and learned so much about what it takes to be entrepreneurs. The approaches, tools, techniques, and of course the mindset!
The purpose of Simple Growth is to share the most important parts of what we actually use day-in and day-out to build, launch, and grow our companies.

G is an entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer experience specialist. She is the visionary Founder of both Brows by G Inc. and Browluxe Inc., and has led their growth from start to multi-million dollar businesses in less than five years. G has been featured in national publications including Fashion, Flare Magazine, Vogue Italy, and has been recognized as an outstanding entrepreneur through various national and local groups.
What you’ll learn from G:
Scott is a business development, growth, and finance specialist. He has developed and managed new businesses and complex projects in over 20 countries ranging from $1 million to $30 million. Scott is the Co-Founder and CEO of cleantech startup SolarSkyrise as well as the Co-Founder of Brows by G Inc., and Browluxe Inc. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a love for growing businesses.
What you’ll learn from Scott:
Diana is a Business Administration grad from Red River College with a passion for marketing, business development and customer experience. She has honed her marketing, customer engagement and communication skills working with Brows by G and a variety of other industries.
